At Seamless Aluminium Group we manufacture aluminium window sills in a wide range of sizes and bespoke profiles to suit any windows system to your individual requirements.
- Available up to 3000mm long with a range of features.
- Fully welded corners, upstands and stopends.
- Can be powder coated in a wide range of RAL colours. Our sills are suitable to use on both domestic and commercial buildings – Marine Grade finish also available
- Our Window Sills are made from T6 and 6063 Aluminium Alloy under BS EN 755.
- Our Aluminium Window Sill systems have a low maintenance and long life in excess of 40 years in rural and suburban conditions and in excess of 25 years in industrial and marine conditions.
- Non Combustible to BS 476,part 4: 1970 (1984).Melting temperature for aluminium is approx. 660 DEG C.

Aluminium sills are ideally suited to contemporary new dwellings including passive houses.
Window sills are an integral part of any passive house. The main purpose of a sill is to cast water away from the fabric of the building and to prevent water ingress.
With passive housing you also don’t want your sills to act as a cold bridge, drawing cold air from outside and allowing it to penetrate into the house; this is where Aluminium comes into its own as a light weight and durable material which allows you to have a long life and colour coded sill which won’t act as a cold bridge and will help improve your energy efficiency.
Our external and internal sills can be supplied in a range of colours to match your window frames and can be supplied in widths to complement any wall construction.
