ALUMINIUM WINDOW SILLS & TRIMS

We have the ability to fabricate window sills in a variety of sizes, thicknesses, profiles and lengths. We thrive on bespoke fabricationand architectural detailing. All sills and reveals are All available in mill finish or powder coated from our in-house pre-treatment and electrostatic powder coating facility in any classic RAL or BS colour in a wide range of finishes and textures, including a ripple or leatherette effect to give a true heritage style look.

ALUMINIUM WINDOW CILLS TYPES

These are our main cill types but we can make them to your own design or variation. The maximum manufacturing length is 3 metres and
sills longer than that will supplied in two sections with joining straps supplied free of charge.
Note: the max length is based on the blank so for cills with side upstands or plasterstops these will be deducted from the 3m max length, leading to a
reduced max length for these sills. We recommend that you check with us before ordering.

BAYS WINDOWS AND CORNERS

For bays and corners, we make a mitred, welded and finished corner piece. We supply joining straps to provide a seal between the
corner and the main lengths of cill. Silicone sealant can be applied to the joining strap to create a waterproof seal.

The joins with the corner piece also provide a certain amount of tolerance on the angle – what we call “wiggle room”– to ensure the
cills fit the bay comfortably. Builders don’t always get the angle of the corner spot on.

Corner pieces can be made to any desired angle. When ordering, please state the overall length of each cill into the
inside corner, and we will work out appropriate sizes for the corner piece.
